Luis Midon and his Five Star Team is like a good cup of cafe in the morning, you underestimate how much you need it. Responsiveness, professionalism, respectfulness and friendliness, oh my!The night before it had snowed, I called Mr. Midon anticipating that the service would be rescheduled-not this Team. From start to finish of the initial deep cleaning process, dealing with Five Star was a pleasure and definitely exceeded our expectations. Louis, the owner came and walked through the house with us, then sent a detailed estimate of cost and services provided.Crew showed on time, were extremely competent and respectful of our home--Louis stopped by during cleaning to make sure all was to our liking, They completed everything and more. Our house didn't even look this clean when we moved in twenty years ago. We will definitely be hiring them on ongoing basis !

My house has never been tidy, but I always considered it fairly clean. This is why I was reticent to spend money on a deep clean of my home. After Five Star cleaned, however, I am amazed at how my home looks. The crew cleaned spaces that were never cleaned in the 8 years in my home despite being cleaned by another professional crew before we moved in. My floors finally look like they did right after we replaced the wood and had them done. I thought my dining room table was close to being done, and it now shines. They are incredibly detailed, and my house has never been cleaner.
