I cannot say enough good things about trifecta & the compassionate care team that I’ve worked with there. I was on a very long pain relief journey before landing at trifecta, I had mediocre PT in the past & was not very optimistic about trying again. The team at trifecta provided a completely new experience. They actually listened to my story & my symptoms, they have been empathetic & compassionate & helped me in understanding root causes & taught me so many new techniques that I can easily work on at home. I love that they offer so many alternative techniques than traditional PT. I’ve seen tremendous improvement in my chronic pain through dry needling, cupping, nerve flossing & through working on mental clarity & safety. I am so very grateful for my care team, Cale, Brielle, Justin & Jeremy. In 3 months of consistent work with trifecta, I’ve significantly decreased chronic pain I’ve been dealing with for over a year. If you are looking for a sign to try them, this is it!

I love Trifecta. Everyone is so welcoming here and I feel right at home. I have been coming to Trifecta for over a year. I first started back again because of hip pain, but then when that was feeling better, I wanted to continue once a month just for maintenance. I finally feel good enough to “graduate” from pt. The team is so welcoming and kind. They are great for athletes and will help you according to your goals. They helped me through a 2 year injury back to competition. Justin and Chris treated me and were amazing but all of the staff are kind and knowledgeable.

I definitely feel much better since I’ve been going to Trifecta!! I have been going to the Glassboro, NJ facility. The staff are all in on making you feel better & stronger than you have in a long time! Justin & Cale are AMAZING! I look forward to my weekly appointments!!!!!

The entire team at Trifecta is top notch! I’ve seen multiple clinicians for tennis elbow as well as plantar fasciitis. They helped my son get ready for the baseball season after breaking his arm during wrestling and made it fun so he actually enjoyed going. They not only treat your symptoms but also help you understand how to prevent future injury! They truly care about their clients health and it shows in all they do!

Trifecta is an excellent Physical Therapy Team. You can be old or young and results are wonderful. The vast support they share crosses age and ability with tremendous support. They are very attentive and listen to your concerns while creating a detailed plan to make your healing the quickest and best possible. I probably should write three reviews as this is my third injury rehab. The biggest one was a torn shoulder, bicep etc. I thought surgery was definitely in the stars. The surgeon suggested trying PT and then surgery; if I did not find enough recovery then surgery. Outcome…. With amazing attention and persistence from Justin and Chris including dry needling, neck manipulation and strengthening, I have had the best recovery possible and back to major sports without pain. Trifecta is a fun and personal place to rehab and they really care! ( Lisa )
