I usually go to a private tech and couldn’t this week so I decided to try this place since I was in the plaza shopping . As soon as I went in I said what I wanted and a guy started doing my nails. He was rough right from the start. The drill he used on me was on high and he was going fast and rough to the point it hurt! He then proceeded to use dirty DISPOSALS tools that are suppose to be a 1 time use on each client . He also kept pulling my hand and twisting my fingers every second . I was there less then a week ago, my nails already chipped. They talked me into getting gel nails cause it would "last longer" (which usually is the case, I've never had gel polish chip this fast.) They we're nice, and the manicure/pedicure looked good I'm just really disappointed how much I paid for both my manicure and pedicure to chip so quick.

Had a really great experience today with a young lady and man who did my nails. I walked in without an appointment and was seen quickly (it wasn’t too busy) on a Tuesday at Lunchtime, but I’m impressed with the attention to detail today. I get gel manicures and sometimes it’s hard painting lighter colors because of streaky lines in the color but they made this look effortless. I will be back! Thank you.
