Overall we were extremely pleased with the entire process and the home addition is wonderful. Our concern going in was that we needed the addition to look like it was part of the original build and it does. The time Darlington spent with planning, material selection, and most importantly the flexibility the team demonstrated when things needed to change was fantastic. Attention to detail inside and craftsmanship were also top notch. Would definitely recommend.
We are so happy with our new In-Law Suite addition to our home by Darlington Designs. It was a pleasurable experience from start to finish. From our first meeting with Simon until the completion of the project we always felt that we were being heard. Darlington's staff was always available to guide us thru the project; Amanda and Susan were amazing to work with!! The construction and contractor staff were friendly, courteous and very professional while they were here at the property. We would definitely use Darlington Designs for any future renovation project and would highly recommend them to anyone!
We love Darlington Designs! We've been relying on them for 15 years and they never disappoint. Recently they improved our drainage system in our back yard, performed some lawn repair, and planted a beautiful Southern Magnolia in our front yard. We have a hill in the back and they added some some badly needed hardscaping - stone steps (see pics) - that came out amazing and no doubt added value to our property. Highly recommend.
