I genuinely look forward to go get my eyes tested/pick up my product! all of the employees are so friendly & make sure you leave satisfied...especially Suzanne! She's so attentive & always goes above and beyond, she also makes you smile which is so refreshing these days!!

Terrible! Their turn around for glasses is terrible. You can buy online cheaper and faster. Also got contacts that require a contact lesson. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for an appointment that I don't even need. I had to call them to check on my orders only they did not call me. Slow and lazy

I honestly cannot express how amazing my visit was this past week. The employees at this location are beyond funny and personable yet professional. This was my first time going to America’s Best but it will surely not be my last. I cannot recommend this location enough!

Please consider going elsewhere. The doctor was nice and seemed professional, but the staff certainly was not. The woman who did the testing was short and a bit arrogant.

Had a FABULOUS experience getting my glasses, contacts and exam. Suzanne was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional- we also had a good laugh. The doctor explained everything in detail with the changes that had occurred over the last year. I would 100% recommend seeing the ladies at the Glassboro America’s Best!!!

I had to replace my daughter's frames today, for the 3rd time this year. Well the staff was excellent, super nice, and I was on my way out the door with new glasses in under 20 minutes. Thank you!

Incompentent & unprofessional. Ordered 2 pair of glasses recd 2 incorrect pair. 2nd time i recd 1 correct pair and 1 wrong. I had to go back three times! The General manager Arlayne then attempted to blame me for the mix stating, I must have given them the wrong glasses, Despite the fact that I had taken a picture of myself IN the glasses before I walked up to the desk! She acted completely indignant, yelling across the store arguing with me. As a paying customer at NO point, should anyone feel They can speak to a customer this way. So beware , take your business elsewhere. Not to mention when you walk in you're not greeted, people are not friendly. In fact, they look at you as if you're disturbing them. Horrible service..poor quality frames!!!

Everything went smoothly in the beginning with the exam and the contacts I received. When I went back to get another box of contacts, I couldn't see out of them. I went back thinking that somehow it was a bad batch of contacts, I was given a new trial pair with the same results. I still had a pair of the first contacts that were given to me and they were perfectly fine. I was told that the new ones are the same prescription and that my eyes have changed in a 6 month period. I was wearing the original prescription that i received with no issues but They basically made me feel like an idiot and I don't know my own eyes. They messed up my prescription in the system and wouldn't admit it, basically. The manager there has a really bad attitude too. She told me to make an appointment with the Dr for a follow-up exam (with her snooty attitude) in which would be free but when I came in, they tried to charge me. They ended up taking the contacts and giving me a refund instead of figuring out what really went wrong. Never again will I ever go back to any Americas best. Good luck to you all.
