“I didn't realize this place was cash only and didn't have a debit card to use with their ATM until a couple minutes after we got started. I could have easily run to the bank and returned before we really got into the service, they said I could go to the bank after and completed my 2 hour service then trusted me to go to the bank and come back. It's so lovely to see that level of faith in humanity in today's world.“

“I recently went to Olga for a hair cut and she was so wonderful. She took her time and really wanted to understand what I was looking for.
I was pleased with my experience so I went back for a partial highlight with Grace.
She also exceeded my expectations and was so caring of my color goals. She brought out swatches and explained to me different things about coloring new hair growth that was helpful. She also extended the offer to come back if I wasn’t happy with anything within a week. I really appreciate that she cared and truly wanted me to be happy with the results of my color!!! Highly recommend! Also, reasonably priced and a great atmosphere.“

“I booked a 75 minute facial thru Groupon and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to book me within days and not have to wait weeks for an appointment.

The facial itself was very nice.

The reason I took off 1 star was because the esthetician never introduced herself upon walking into the room and I believe she spoke zero English too because at the end I asked her a question and she just smiled but no feedback.

And there was no Zen music playing during my facial which I felt was truly missing. It just makes the facial more pleasant to relax to. Especially when she put the mask on my face and you are left in the room alone for a few minutes, it would be nice to hear some music in the background instead of total silence.

So, if they could improve these 2 things that would make it that much more better for customers experience.“

“My daughter's hair came out amazing! My daughter has mixed hair and scalp issues and the Tikeisha at the salon made some great suggestions. Both women were friendly and made my 10 year old comfortable for hours while doing her hair. No pressure to cut her hair ( even though I know she needs it), which we have had at other places and can be a turn-off for my daughter. I appreciate the time they both took. I was worried about how hot the salon would be with the 100-degree weather we are having, but it was perfectly cool the whole time. I plan to come again!
