Jersey Boys responded promptly when I called for emergency AC service, arriving within a couple hours and completing repairs shortly thereafter. Jackie, the office rep, kept me informed on the technician's arrival, even providing his photo and bio. John, the technician, was polite, personable, and extremely competent. He quickly diagnosed the failed component and had my AC running again in no time - which was much appreciated on a 95-degree day. This was the first time I used Jersey Boys - a neighbor recommended them - but I will now use them exclusively for any service needs I might have. He ended up fixing the toilet as well
The following week he came over and pulled out our basement with PVC and got rid of all the old cast iron. While he was doing that he cleaned up his work area and disposed of all the trash. 10 out of 10 recommend Jersey boys
