I rarely leave google reviews but in this case I feel it is warranted to share my experience. Im in my 50s, I have owned many properties and I have worked with many contractors and professionals, but I have rarely if ever had such a positive experience. These guys treated me like family. The pricing was super fair, they went well beyond what they promised paying attention to every detail. They were punctual, kept the work area clean, did superior work and explained everything to me as they went. When they were done all my questions were answered and I felt like I was important to them. Major shout-outs to Aldo, Frank, Ed, Angelo and Lou all of whomever I would welcome into my home as trusted friends anytime. I have total confidence that I got the best possible situation available and an awesome new high efficiency hvac system that is gorgeous and impressive. I recommend this team to everyone. Daniel Russo Roofing far exceeded my expectations when I hired them to repair my mom's slate roof. I ended up removing all of her aluminum gutters & drainspouts & Daniel Russo Roofing installed all copper accessories. I was surprised at how reasonable & honest (I had 3 other contractors come out for estimates {1 of which I had to pay for an estimate for 'time & travel'}) they were. Not only was Daniel Russo Roofing affordable, but he was blatant with me in regards of what I needed to repair & what was not a necessity at that given time (whereas other roofers were listing everything A-Z to replace as urgent & was acting like my mom's roof was about to cave in). Slate Roofers are of a dying breed, so to find one that was not only honest, but reputable & had exceptionally meticulous craftsmanship, I lucked out. I have much respect for the folks at The Neighborhood Handyman! The have completed 3 major project for me (remodeling a previous loft area, painting walls and ceilings and installing flooring in most of the house. I’ll be bringing them back to finish flooring in the rest of the house as soon as they are free. I totally trust their expertise and opinions. And trust them in my house at any time. Very friendly, great prices and the work can’t be beat!
