1: Had a hot stone massage and didn’t realize the time was over, which is always a great sign. The salt room concept is pretty cool, look forward to trying out more services as the massage was great.“

“I booked a 75 minute facial thru Groupon and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to book me within days and not have to wait weeks for an appointment.

The facial itself was very nice.

The reason I took off 1 star was because the esthetician never introduced herself upon walking into the room and I believe she spoke zero English too because at the end I asked her a question and she just smiled but no feedback.

And there was no Zen music playing during my facial which I felt was truly missing. It just makes the facial more pleasant to relax to. Especially when she put the mask on my face and you are left in the room alone for a few minutes, it would be nice to hear some music in the background instead of total silence.

So, if they could improve these 2 things that would make it that much more better for customers experience.“

“Great first visit!! She was very informative and knowledgeable about the products I was putting on my face, she explained everything that she was doing and the benefits of it during the facial, and advised of products I should include as part of my skin care; loved all that! None of the products she used burned my super sensitive acne prone skin which is a plus considering my aesthetician visits with other professionals. Her personality and her space is a vibe too. Definitely recommend for anyone who's just starting to get facials and/or doesn't like harsh products being used on their skin :)“

“I didn't realize this place was cash only and didn't have a debit card to use with their ATM until a couple minutes after we got started. I could have easily run to the bank and returned before we really got into the service, they said I could go to the bank after and completed my 2 hour service then trusted me to go to the bank and come back. It's so lovely to see that level of faith in humanity in today's world.“

“I had my first Brazilian waxing experience, and it was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, Stephanie was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. She was professional and talked me through each step, which really helped calm my nerves.
