Amazing service and wonderful people!
This was my second experience with Santos Flowers, and once again they exceeded my expectations. I purchased flowers and a balloon, and unfortunately the balloon exploded due to the cold weather and snow.
When I went back to the shop to buy another one, Eric, the owner, kindly gave me a new two balloon for free without hesitation.
Eric and the entire team are very respectful, professional, and have great taste. Their customer service is truly outstanding, and they genuinely care about their customers.

I went in for the first time today and was in total awe! The flowers were absolutely stunning, the arrangements were beautiful and the staff were amazing. I will definitely be coming back. :-)
Santos Flowers Shop exceeded my expectations! The delivery was incredibly fast less than an hour and arrived perfectly on time for my friend’s birthday. She was so happy when she received the flowers. Excellent service and reliability. I will definitely order again!
