I have used Green Apple for over 5 years for a variety of different issues including heating, AC and water heater issues. They are always responsive, quick to come assess and fix the issue and provide fair and transparent pricing. He recently was able to replace our central air condenser with very limited notice and made sure the job was done correctly. I appreciate all they have helped us with, they are excellent and I cannot recommend enough.

We had an emergency where one of our central AC units, installed just two years ago, was really dirty and needed cleaning. Additionally, the unit was not cooling very well. The ACs were installed by another company. In spite of calling this previous company multiple times to come and clean it, as they were supposed to per the maintenance contract, they never showed up even after committing to times. Extremely unprofessional on their part.

Outstanding, honest, professional. Could have charged a lot more because they knew I needed work done immediately. They went out of their way to make sure everything was done perfectly, gave me tips along the way, and even rewired a thermostat I had installed incorrectly for no charge. Will definitely be using again.
