Health Care Providers and their CNAS provide exquisite care, helpful in getting patients ready for the day, changing beds, giving snacks, water and meds on time. They report any medical needs to the nurses, doctors which in turn treat the patients immediately. I highly recommend Royal Suites to anyone and their families!!
I was at Royal Suites for 19 days. The physical and occupational therapy staff are phenomenal. The staff is caring, professional and do everything to help patients learn to do for themselves. The nurses and aids are also very good. If you are lucky to get Maria, Sheba or Dale you are in great hands. The reason I gave a 4 is because of the kitchen. Unfortunately they do not know how to read the instructions that the patients give. The food also leaves something to be desired and as far as I was concerned a very limited menu.
The nurse that was working with my sister-in-law. She was very nice and understanding and I asked her. What would the procedure of my sister-in-law and she nicely said let me read her chart and she went in her chart and talk to the head nurse and I went to the Head, nurse, and she explain to me everything that will be done for my sister-in-law very nice and courteous, and with a smile i’m happy I picked royal suite . It was clean not smelly. I’m very happy with my decision.
