I was nervous to send my gown out but I'm so happy that I trusted the reviews and did! Customer service was able to give me the option to have the gown preserved only since I already had it cleaned with my local cleaners. They were very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The process to send the gown was simple and took under 10 minutes to do. I was able to track the progress of my gown being overnighted, cleaned and sent back to me. Will absolutely recommend to anyone needing their gown cleaned and preserved!

I did quite a bit of research to find a trustworthy and reliable service to clean my wedding dress. The process was so easy and fast. They provided all of the shopping materials to safely pack my dress and FedEx to them. It just took a few weeks and my dress was beautifully returned as good as new with a FedEx signature required. I’m so pleased with the service and quality of care that was provided. Definitely made a good choice.
