Contacted Tony for the first time to help us with our Samsung refrigerator issues. He let us know his availability and he showed up a few minutes before when he said he'd come. I am jaded from so many service people giving us a day and/or time and it being wildly different from when they actually make it - without communicating. Tony was happily the opposite! He's friendly. Explained things that I wanted to know in a kind manner and in a way i could understand. He fixed everything and I felt the cost was a great value for the service and quality of his repairs. Re: Maytag upright freezer - the 2 top shelves stopped freezing. Excellent experience. Called him on Thursday, he was there first thing on Friday. Diagnosed the problem and luckily he had the necessary replacement part. I had to run to an appointment. When I came back he had re-stocked my freezer for me!! Can’t beat that…and he was very reasonable priced! Moving forward, I will recommend him to all my clients!
