Kim working in the beauty department does a fantastic job! She was very helpful, informative, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. I've been going to JCPenney Salon for years, and I have never been disappointed. They are wonderful! The staff are highly skilled and incredibly sweet. Chandiss has been my stylist for many years, and when the JCP at Monmouth Mall closed, I followed her to the Freehold JCP salon. She is worth the trip! So very kind and patient, and unbelievably talented. Whether you need a cut, color, style, or help making a decision, THIS is where you need to go. I would give them ten stars, if I was able.

I have been coming here only because of Sherine!!! She is the best stylist at the salon. She understands the diverse hair types and gives great advice on hair care. She has been a stylist for many years and I have been a long time customer and followed her from the previous salon she worked. I highly recommend coming to this salon for her services.
