We came to the Floor Store because the business we have used for the past 40 years closed in retirement. Although I wanted ceramic tile, the Floor Store does not carry it, and we really did not have time to continue shopping. Kevin was quick in getting the rooms measured, although there was a problem with the shipment that caused a delay in installation. If not for that, I'd give five stars. Our house is old, and there was a lot of water damage to the old floor, but the installers were so professional, careful and efficient. They did a wonderful job! Kevin is an incredibly great guy. He knows his business, knew exactly what I wanted and made my flooring installation process seamless. He listened intently and immediately showed me what I described. His pricing is ridiculously fair and the products he selected for me were both inexpensive AND beautiful. I almost wish I had more flooring to do! Shop local and support this business asap!!!

The Floor Store did an excellent job. I went to other flooring stores and independent contractors and the Floor Store had the best price and quality. Kevin is very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased carpet and Mannington Vinyl plank. I love it! Just in time for the Holidays?
