Edit: went back and showed them a pic of what I wanted, he was nice and attempted to fix it. Still didn’t do a good job. Not worth 55 bucks

I went to take my son to get a shape up and fade and when I walked-in I asked them did they take walk-ins( they have a sign saying walk-in’s welcome) told me to wait to see if they had someone available and everybody just seemed clueless and not helpful. So I walked out and went across the street to another barbershop and was successful with that! Very disappointed and won’t be going back!

$40.00 for a cut and cash only. There's way too many barbers in this neighborhood that are still charging $25.00 and you're getting the exact cut.

Dom.... love this guy!!! very friendly!! they take there time and do it right.... Natalie was my Barber since I moved to Jersey she moved on Dom is my guy!!!! Suite 23 is legit!!! believe the hype!!! Dom is a guy I would recommend to everybody!!!

This place is amazing!!! I walked in and they took care of me like a celebrity!!!! Dom is AMAZING!!!!! BEST HAIRCUT IVE GOTTEN IN YEARS…… LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE PROPS THAT MAKE IT SO ORIGINAL!!!! Was my first time there today and Dom cut my hair. It's a really cool looking shop off of Main Street. Dom took me 15 minutes early and was very thorough and sociable. He gave me a good haircut and some tips to maintain it with the beard. Great overall experience and reasonably priced.

I gave my barber a few shots..First cut was OK. Second cut, my hairline was uneven but nbd I had it fixed elsewhere… but my third cut… really bad man, to the point where I’m questioning if they did it on purpose. Had to get a really short cut to fix it.

Appointment was at 12pm for a 1 hour haircut and shave with Dom. I showed up 15 minutes early and take a seat. Not 1 person acknowledged me. 12:20 rolls around when I stand up to ask when I'll be seen. The barber, Dom, who is cutting someone else, said "Oh I thought you were a walk-in. I'll be right with you." Dom calls me up at 12:40pm. He seemed to rush through the haircut and shave. He spun me around so much it gave me whiplash. By 12:55pm someone else walks in, shakes Dom's hand, they shoot the s***, and Dom says "I'll be right with you." By 1pm, Dom says we're all set. He obviously wanted to be on time for his regular customer and rushed through me. I paid and left, never to return. I paid for a 1 hour session that lasted 20 minutes. Looking in the mirror, it was the worst haircut I ever got. It was comically uneven in the back, and they left plenty of hair on my neck. My wife even laughed when I got home. Luckily my friend was in town and was able to fix the uneven spots before a party that night. I had to shave my neck where Dom missed. The lack of acknowledgement when I walked in, the indifference towards the late call, the rushed uneven haircut and shave to take the next client on time, are all reasons I will never return. There was no apology and I felt like they couldn't care less. It's one of those places that only takes care of you if they know you.
