I have been a Ray Catena customer for over ten years and couldn’t be happier with the people or service I receive. From the minute I drive into the service area, I am cheerfully greeted. That attitude continues right until I get back into my car! Eric, the Service Manager is a great ambassador for this dealership. Brianna at checkout always greets me with a smile and “thanks me” for coming in! I only trust my car to Eric and his team at Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold!

This Lexus dealer is the best. I've owned Lexus cars for many years, and I always take them back to the dealer for service and Ray Catena by far is the best. They treat all its costumers as if they are family. I especially want to thank Paul Agrait and Al Caso. They were the service people that guided me thru the process. They did a super job keep in me posted. The technician that worked on my SC430 did a supper job on the repairs that he performed. Everything was done as described when I dropped off the car. Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold is the best!. Lexus makes good cars but I am a loyal Lexus owner because of the dealer's excellent customer service. I highly recommend them, I have been a customer for over 20 years.
