I've been a patient of Monmouth Family Medicine for about 40 years. My visit today was in their newly renovated facility. This upgrade was a significant improvement. The facility was the state of the art! I had no wait at all. I arrived early for my appointment and was seen immediately. I had no wait either for my blood work. I highly recommend this office.

Mona (Ramona) was my first point of contact, checking me in with a friendly smile and getting everything squared away in record time—five minutes, and I was ready to go! Next, Tammy brought me to the treatment room, took my vitals, and reviewed my medication list. She was incredibly pleasant, and we had a nice little chat. Absolutely awful front desk staff. They never fax referrals despite multiple calls, it's a nightmare for scripts and just all around no follow through. The doctors are great. They really need to hire more front desk staff or hire people who actually want to do their job
