Rich is amazing. He installed a new central air conditioner and furnace for me after my AC died this past summer. I almost had one of the big local companies do it which I had a service contract with but they were a little shady with their sales practices and when I needed to make some changes to what I wanted and they became unresponsive. Thank God I found Rich through a friend of my mom's. Rich was responsive, honest and fair. He answered all my questions and was flexible with my crazy work schedule. I highly recommend Rich. He replaced an old furnace in my mother's home. Another company had put in a system that was not the correct size for her home and had issues heating the home when its very cold. Rich spent the time to get the right sized unit for her home. He did an outstanding job installing the new system.
