This was our first time visiting Cookie Cutters, and Stacy was incredibly welcoming. The front desk staff member was also very kind, though unfortunately I forgot her name. (Im so sorry!)
My 2.5-year old has an extreme fear of haircuts, which can make the experience very challenging. Stacy was patient, professional, and understanding throughout the entire appointment. She did everything she could to keep my son calm and worked efficiently to make the haircut as quick and comfortable as possible.
As a parent, the situation was very nerve-wracking, but Stacy handled it wonderfully. She never made me feel like a burden for having a screaming child, and her kindness and compassion meant a lot to me.
I highly recommend Cookie Cutters, especially Stacy, and we will definitely be coming back!

We had an amazing experience at Cookie Cutters for our son Matthew’s first haircut! The staff was incredibly patient, friendly, and made what could have been a stressful experience fun and memorable. They took their time, made Matthew feel comfortable, and gave him a fantastic haircut. The salon is clean, kid-friendly, and designed to keep little ones entertained throughout the visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better first haircut experience with stylist Cristi. Thank you for helping us create such a special memory—we’ll definitely be back!

We had a good experience with Cristi ! She was very patient and gentle. She gave her butterfly hair clips. My daughter wants to come back to her again. We did not have good experience when we came first time and could not remember our stylist.
