The lady who did our appointment was extremely friendly and gave us a time window on the same day. The technicians, Oleg and Tim, arrived on time and immediately saw what was causing the leak in our AC unit. They fixed the issue in 10 minutes. We will call American Dream Air again for our HVAC needs, in future.
We replaced a high velocity system with 2 heat pump systems; one in the attic for upstairs and one in the basement for downstairs. This was a tricky job because the house is super old and the basement was very crowded. Artur came and walked through the load calculations in the initial consultation and his team did a great job removing the old system and installing the new ones over 3 days. It's been several months now and I can attest the new systems have been working wonderfully - quiet and able to keep up well with the heat. I highly recommend Artur and his team- it was easy to connect with them and their office was responsive and professional. Highly recommend!
Artur and his team installed a furnace & AC system in my home a few years ago. I recently had a maintenance call - they arrived on-time and did a thorough job reviewing my systems status: everything checked out fine. The techs were personable & professional. I'm very pleased with their service. I'm also glad to report that I've not had any outages with either system since they were installed.
