Dr Grau is great and very knowledgeable, she is very caring for the animals. That being said, the office staff need to take a moment to reflect on their job and learn compassion. In short, Dr Grau is a great Vet but the office staff leave much to be desired. Unfortunately after many years of being a loyal patient and giving a ton of referrals, I will no longer be using Fredon Animal Hospital.

I was recommended this vet because they were the cheapest option for my dogs surgery... unfortunately, the reception staff is so incredibly rude and un-professional I canceled my visit before even stepping into the office. no thank you, Fredon.
