“We recently boarded our very energetic Boston Terrier overnight. This was our first time boarding him, ever, traveling from out-of-state, so a bit guarded and nervous. From the time we called to inquire to the time we checked out, our experience was 5 star. Cindy at the front desk was clear in their standard of care, and overall boarding process. Once we arrived, a staff member came out for an introduction, and our pup immediately made a connection 😊 We were unsure of his reaction, and the staff confidently assured us he would do well. We purchased extra walks and play time, and when we picked him up he was happy, and slept very well that night. We even received a report card that highlighted his overall stay with plenty of details. Arthur made some great new friends, and we will for sure be using Halo House again when we visit family in the area. Amazing staff and experience!!!”
