The people are great. The tech called and let me know he was on his way. He was here on time. Found the problem within 20 minutes, had to solution for my problem and was able to take care of that immediately. he was very professional and very courteous. I will use them in again in a heartbeat. I recommend them to anyone that reads this.

Our old bathroom fixtures, shut off valves, and drain failed suddenly. We called Frey and Kyler the technician handled the job. His work was first rate and clean. Moreover, Kyler and his manager, Alex, identified a design defect associated with a part we had purchased locally. Frey replaced the defective part, and everything seems to be working as expected.

Frey and their team are very responsive and skilled.
