Shan Shan and Lu Lu are great. I have chronic back pain due to my previous job. I have gone to Franklin Spa whenever my back has become too stiff or painful for me to bear. They are really kind, and compassionate. I feel genuinely relaxed and happy when I leave the spa.

I took my MIL for the body massage, after the session when I gave her the tip, she told me it's not enough. And she said no one will take you next time. She demanded to give her more, will not be returning here.

I paid 20$ tip which was demanded and cannot argue with the lady. Even massage was not that great that felt like tipping.However you have to be prepared tipping atleast 25% of the rate
