I literally can’t believe some of these other reviews here. Sebastian is one of the best contractors that I have ever worked with and was the only person we could find who actually got to the bottom of our leaky roof. We had already spent $10,000 trying to fix the problem before he came in and managed to find the root problem and get it fixed for us in a couple of weeks. Re-did our main roof and fixed the flat roof as well: He has kids, he meditates, he has good guys that work for him...he is a true mensch and knows what he is doing. Next time something goes wrong in my house, he’ll be the first contractor I call.

We experienced a number of small but persistent leeks. Sebastian was able to identify the issues and correct the problems including replacement of several skylights that were in or approaching failure. Unlike many roofers, his crew also repaired and painted the damaged interior areas for a complete job. They were neat, clean, prompt and efficient.

I would highly recommend Sebastian. He did work on both my residential and commercial properties and did a fantastic job. He was punctual and followed up to ensure the job was done properly. Takes great pride in his work.
