Brian Heres and his team broke a glass sliding door by mistake (rock from weed whacker). This happens - not the end of the world. After acknowledging this, Brian says "well I guess I owe you a window" and claims he will get somebody to fix it. After 5 days of no communication, I tried to connect with Brian multiple times and got no response. All I asked at that point was if somebody from his team could come help clean up the shattered glass to avoid injury. Eventually my wife tried him and actually answered her text saying he was busy but called a few contractors and asked if we could do the same. Had smooth talking Brian Heres of Professionally Green install a stacked stone front porch and steps at my home in West Milford, NJ. My VPM might show different address. Had 15 year "warranty". Began falling apart in about 3 years. Multiple contacts to Brian who said would stop by and never did. Small claims court gave me judgement for full amount paid plus fees after judge reviewed pictures and contract. Don't be fooled by the Franklin Lakes address. It is nothing but a PO Box. Was told this by the sheriffs officer who tried to deliver the judgement. Tried to put a lien against his company. No assets. I did locate real address in Oakland, NJ but under... read full review

Dishonest, unreliable and fraudulent. Brian Heres was hired (and paid) to mow our lawn weekly. After somebody working for him mistakenly broke a glass panel (rock from weed whacker), Brian acknowledged this face-to-face and said "well, I owe you a window" then commented how this was only the second time it occurred in his 20+years of business. He said he was going to take care of it and get a contractor to come replace the panel. Obviously this stuff happens and it is not the end of the world but the way it was handled was reprehensible.
