Steve is the person in the front desk and he is very polite and kind, all the personal in Franklin Nail Salon are very professional and kind, the place is very clean and they always listen for the customers requests. This is a place that I always will recommend. My manicurist name is Rose but all of them are very professional ?

I went to grace and she was fab! I have gel, she was so gentle with removal and really took her time with the design. All the technicians wear masks and there are plastic barriers between you and the artist. All the tools were sterilized and sanitized for me. Everyone was very nice, I'm glad I found them!

Amazing service, professionalism and quality! The salon is immaculate. I have been coming for several years, since the opening. Steve has always been very accommodating and I bring all my daughters as well. Very talented and consistent technicians. Highly recommend!Services: Manicure
