Brenda is symmetrically precise and works with bone structure for the right shape, creating beautifully shaped eyebrows that look absolutely amazing. The team is super friendly, professional, and explains every step of the procedure, making clients feel comfortable and confident. The space is chic, clean, spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of natural lighting. From the moment of walking in, the experience is relaxing and enjoyable. Lennia at the front desk is adorable and takes care of clients with beverages and sweets. The customer service is amazing, going above and beyond to answer all questions and guide clients through the process. The team provides a cute aftercare kit and even accommodates last-minute appointments. Clients are super happy with their brows and highly recommend the place for anyone wanting amazing eyebrows.
The service is excellent, I first spoke with Lennia she spent some time explaining everything…so I make my appointment, when the day came I arrived on time. Everything when smooth..Brenda the Master is very professional, she knows what she is doing…No regrets I trusted her and I’m very satisfied with my new Brows.
