세리 원장님의 솜씨에 만족합니다. If I want to be more honest and precisely review this hair salon, I would give 4.5. I visited there to have my hair cut, permed, and colored. It turned out well in general. It was just perfect except for the terrible pain, feeling like my sculp or center of the head seemed horriblely burnt or peeling off too hard when she applied the coloring or dying product right after using the heating device to give more volume over my top head. I almost cried and had to wash my hair very quickly than it was supposed to be remain. Excellent work and service for the whole family. It said appointment required, so we were nervous as we didn't have one.However, the lady fit us in and did a great job with both adults and kids (including one getting his first haircut).

Everyone at the salon are extremely sweet, friendly and professional. My family and I regularly get our haircuts here, and are never disappointed. Serri and her sister definitely know hair.
