Been going there for several years & very pleased with their service. Their work is excellent & they are very accomodating.The establishment is very clean & the manucurists are very pleasant. Would highly recommend Plaza West.

This place is so pricey for no reason. Spare yourself and don’t go here. The owner was rude and was charging me $25 for a regular manicure which included taking off gel, when a regular manicure is $12. Since when is gel takeoff an additional $13?? And when I kept asking her how much it is to just take off she wouldn’t tell me. Worst place ever.Services: Manicure

I hadn’t gotten a regular mani/pedi since March 2020 because I was apprehensive to go sit so closely. Checked out Plaza West for the first time ever and was so pleased. Everything looks brand new, and confirmed by someone at the shop, that a complete renovation was done. The massage chairs are fabulous during the pedi. Everything is very sanitary and comfortable. I’ll be going back. Maria was excellent.
