They did an exceptional job cleaning my suede boots - I was really impressed. They look almost new. Thank you for the great work! I'll definitely be bringing more shoes here for cleaning in the future.

Andy's Shoe Repair did an excellent job in restyling my sandals so they can fit my swollen feet. I thought all I needed was an extension to the ankle strap but was pleasantly surprised when they entirely reworked the sandals so that my swollen in-step could actually fit properly. They did an outstanding job! I will soon be returning to their store so they can restyle two additional pairs of sandals. I highly recommend their expertise and excellent attention to detail.

THIS SHOEMAKER WAS AN OLD ESTABLISHED STORE AND WAS BOUGHT BY ASIANS WHO HAVE LEARNED THE TRADE EXTREMELY WELL. THEY ARE THE BEST PLACE IN THE LOWER BERGEN COUNTY AREA AND ONE OF THE BEST I'VE EVER USED. I HAVE NOTED THE LATEST OWNERS ARE A BIT ABRUPT, BUT THEY CAN BE VERY GOOD WITH CUSTOMERS ORDINARILY. THE OTHER REVIEWER SEEMED TO BE SOMEONE WHO DIDN'T CLARIFY THE JOB VERY WELL, WHICH MAY HAVE GENERATED THE DISSATISFACTION.
