I very seldom write reviews (this is my second), but I feel compelled to do so because this will help save time and piece of mind for many, and my efforts of ten minutes time is a good trade-off. We used the services of Nelson Chen to sell our apartment at City Place in Edgewater, NJ. He came to the apartment, and like a doctor would examine, diagnose and give a remedy, Nelson examined, analyzed what had to be done, and within about a month, was able to transform the tired 2000’s unit with a lot of yellow/brown wood interior to white cabinetry (kitchen/bathroom) and grey wooden floors.
