I love coming here. I am always taken care of and treated well. I need to give a special thanks to Patrick Flynn. I’ve been having issues and no one can really figure out what’s wrong with me. And doctors at other practices have made me feel like a bother. Today he took his time to listen, explain things to me, and offer options. I truly felt heard and that he was trying every way he could to help me. I can’t thank him enough.
Edit: I need to also thank Angelica Sorisi. She too sat with me patiently, listened, was caring, shared her own experiences, and gave me wonderful medical care. I took her medical advice and have been feeling a lot better.... read full review
I have been going to this facility for many years. Before it was Optum and now as Optum. I really like the people there. I can call and go in immediately or very soon. When I am sick, I don’t want to wait a week or even later in the day. They have always been very attentive and timely in my experience.
The new Optum staff is very easy to work with, responsive and accessible. Angelica and Heather and Patrick are all great. I can speak with them about anything. They are approachable, and do not talk down to me or act like they are too busy (both reactions I’ve had in other facilities). Dr. D and the group are always very responsive to the needs of the patient. Although he continually reminds me of the fact that I can use to lose some weight, I always enjoy our quarterly check ins and his unique view of the world. He never rushes or compromises care for time. I have been his patient for well over a decade and continue to appreciate the level of attention and care.
