I hired Ken in Sept 2025 to help me with LLC to S-CORP, with taxes, setup and tax guidance. I provided all my information to him by early Feb 2026 for an S-CORP filing date of March 15, 2026. Ken emailed me on March 9th 2026 telling me I owed an absorbent amount of Fed/State taxes without showing me any return. I asked him to send me the 1120 because I think he didn't account for items and possibly staying as an LLC. The next
