I can’t say enough good things about Indigo Total Wellness. Thien and Tracy truly know what they’re doing and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Thien takes the time to explain exactly what he’s doing and why, which I really appreciated. He was able to identify problem areas that I didn’t even realize were contributing to my pain and focused on treating the root cause instead of just the symptoms. Thien at Indigo Total Wellness is the real deal. He's incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to actually understand what's going on rather than running through a generic protocol. I came in dealing with back pain and have seen genuine improvement under his care. He explains what he's doing and why, which I appreciate. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone who knows their stuff.
I went to see Thien at Indigo Total Wellness after struggling with some recurring upper back pain that I hadn’t been able to consistently improve with other modalities (PT, acupuncture, chiro, etc). He was very perceptive and pleasant to work with and was able to make helpful adjustments and point out postural and movement patterns I didn’t realize I had. The pain I’d been feeling went away after the first visit and has not returned since. Highly recommend!
