My inclination is not to judge but my heart tells me that I should warns others. Tom's attention to detail is poor at best. He does not answer inquiries and if I had not kept on top of him, my 2021 taxes would still not be filed. He supposedly filed electronically, but never confirmed receipt by the IRS or the State. After many calls, emails and finally intervention by another business associate, he checked to find that they were not filed. We got the Fed return but still have not received our State return and honestly, do not know if it is really being processed or not! Tom might be a nice person, but I would recommend you find someone else to do your taxes .!
