I came to Dan after realizing a pretty major flub on my recent returns. My former accountant had filed using documents from the wrong year and never caught the mistake. I brought the mess to Dan, and he and his team handled the amendment process. He was thorough, communicative, and ensured everything was filed properly this time around. Can't recommend them highly enough!
Switched to Dan and his team at Adelphi Financial after my previous accountant took forever to get anything done and it's been a completely different experience. They're fast, responsive, and genuinely friendly to work with. I had some tight deadlines to hit and Dan made sure everything was taken care of in time, even with limited turnaround. Really appreciate how much they've helped me out. I am glad I found them and would recommend them to anyone looking for an accountant who actually gets things done.
I have had nothing but extreme positive experience in my interactions over the last 20+ years with Adelphi, and Dan is the main reason for that extreme satisfaction. His people skills and customer-focused approach are unlike any I have experienced in the past 40+ years I have had others prepared my taxes. I have not had a single query from IRS since I started using Adelphi to prepare my taxes. Thank you, Dan and Adelphi, for taking care of your customers. AJ
