Very satisfied with the services and professionalism of Matt. Luis and Carlos. Promptly responded to my emergency and made process much easier than anticipated. Response time and communication was excellent.
The guys that came went above and beyond. Cleaned everything spotless. I feel so comfortable being in the house. The guys even offered advice of what to chuck and what we could keep. I would highly recommend this company.
I have yet to use their services but I experienced a terrible flood during a bad storm in an apartment I am temporarily renting, the landlord insisted that the rugs had been properly cleaned and dried in less than 16 hours since the storm and I just didn't feel comfortable with what he was telling me. I called ServPro and was transferred to Todd Peters. My purpose for calling was simply to ask questions about my situation and find out what could/should be done.
