“The owners have created a very unique atmosphere, unlike any I've experienced at other gyms. They are truly interested in YOU and what personal goals you want to achieve. The support and encouragement, from both the instructors and other members, gives you the push to achieve those goals and the sense of accomplishment you need to continue. This is not the cookie-cutter type fitness and nutrition plan. I joined The MAX Challenge of Flemington at the "push" of a good friend, thinking that I'd just stick it out for a few weeks.
