Joining Her Fitness has been one of my best decisions. I feel and am so much stronger. I was recently told how my upper muscle mass is dense!! This is important to me as I am in my senior years. My results took a little while but the journey has been fun. Marie is patient and really focuses on individual need and form. The ladies I workout with are fun and like minded. Working out hard is easier with the music Marie plays for us. Thank you!

Bottom line: If you want to gain strength, endurance, and see significant return on your investment (time, money, and effort), work with Marie. I started working with Marie because I had lost a significant amount of strength, flexibility, and endurance due to extended recovery time from a knee/ankle injury. At that time, I was limping up and down stairs. I could not walk 50 feet without significant pain. Getting down on the floor and back up was no longer an option. I was sure that I would never kayak again. I was trying to train but, honestly, had no idea what I was doing. After four months of working with Marie, I feel like me again. Marie does a phenomenal job of differentiating each exercise to make it work for your body. It's a wonderful, supportive group of women all getting stronger together while having fun!
