While on vacation at a rental we had a plumbing emergency. Jason and Christian came out promptly and were a pleasure to deal with. The owner, Dan, also made it out and dealt with us and the property owner and the issue was resolved professionally and quickly. From the booking process to final invoice the whole team was a pleasure to deal with!
We have used Daniel Smith on multiple occasions for various projects at our home. Each time they have communicated and arrived as scheduled. They complete their work in a timely manner, explain installation and products thoroughly and always ensure they leave the space clean. Beyond their high level of work, their employees Jason and Dustin, have always been friendly, courteous and professional.
The entire team at Daniel Smith Plumbing was beyond helpful, kind and professional when we were in need of emergency service. We had a gas leak in our house and the utility company determined it was caused by our hot water heater. Daniel Smith arrived within hours and replaced our unit. Jason and his crew did a wonderful job and I couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you all for your exceptional service!
