I called yesterday regarding my non-working dryer. John P. came this afternoon and had it repaired in under an hour. I thought the price was reasonable considering a new dryer would have cost about $1000. They came quickly and had the necessary parts in the truck. The technician was very professional. I would recommend them unconditionally!
Appliance Master was very easy to get an appointment with, and all administrative issues were handled quickly and completely. Their tech, Patrick S., arrived before the appointment time, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and efficiently restored the refrigerator on his second visit. Patrick patiently addressed all my questions and concerns, and he told me what to monitor in the future. I found him to be down-to-earth, extremely approachable, and focused on the customers needs. Great service. Very efficient as well. The tech came out assessed the problem ordered the part for me. Everything was very smooth. We had an amazing experience and if I need anything else done without a doubt, I will contact them first before outsourcing, although there was a bit expensive as long as I don’t have any issues with the work that was done. I will use them again.
