i have a road trip to PA. my car broke down in front of his car shop (we didn’t ever know that’s a auto shop). i was waiting for so long the towing company response to us so lucky Eric came up to us and it’s Sunday! he put us right on his schedule which he supposed to be off. he is friendly and details. he is such my lifesaver. even tho the progress takes three hours but fortunately my trip could be continued after. highly recommended!

I highly recommend this place! I was driving home early when I hit a curb really badly and blew out both of my tires. I had my car towed to his shop right away and was so stressed about how I’d get to work that week especially since it was a Sunday and the shop was closed. I honestly didn’t expect to have my car back until later in the week.

But to my surprise, Eric was there and went above and beyond. He took a quick look, saw everything he needed, and got right to work. My car was fixed and ready in just two hours!

My grandmother lives right down the road from Alvarez Auto and has been taking her car there for years. I had the brakes done on my car last week. Very friendly people!!!! Highly recommend!!! Thank you!!!!
