I have to review the Refinery located in Flanders. I cannot say enough about them and the skill that I observed.Kathy worked a miracle on my hair. She was extremely skilled and gave me the hair color and cut that I wanted. I am so pleased with everything and will absolutely return. Thank you Kathy you did a fantastic job. My husband loved it. I recently booked with Jenna for a Color. I walked in and was pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere. Super cute lounge feel. My color turned out fantastic and I’m looking forward to going back and booking with Jenna again! I’d highly recommend.
