Called them on a Sunday because air-conditioning wasn't working. They were here within 2 hours and had it up in running in no time. Very professional! I would definitely recommend. So impressed that I signed up for their Maintenace contract.
We ended up having to replace our AC unit but the technicians were all very knowledgeable and courteous. The price was reasonable. I will definitely use them again to maintenance this unit.
Our air conditioning went out this morning, on a day that is already at 89 degrees. The company that installed the AC told us they could come out in 10 days. I called Jack Frost. Their staff worked hard to find a technician near us and fit us into their schedule today! He came at the beginning of the window of an hour that they had given us, was very nice and professional, and identified and solved the broken part problem within 1/2 hour. Excellent experience all around!
