“Eric and Betsy were great through the whole process. During our home sale the buyer's inspection report indicated some mold in the attic and basement. Eric came out within a coule of days to do an inspection and take samples which resulted in necessary remediation. He listed all of the remediation steps in detail in the contract along with the costs. He also gave us additional options with the costs and was on site at the start and completion of the work. . They were able to schedule the remediation work within 3 weeks and completed the work within 6 days. After the work was finished they completely cleaned the house so it looked better than when they started.
