Our deck had a number of layers of stain to where it was chipping off. Luis did a great job grinding off the old stain layers, sanding and restaining. The deck looks better than ever. His work was meticulous. We expanded the job to have Luis repair some drywall in our garage and repaint the walls and ceiling. Also painted some shutters and a door. Everything was done professionally at a fair price and in good time. Very neat and quiet work. We would not hesitate to use L V Painting again in the future. Thank you for your hard work Luis.
I hired LV Painting to stain our deck and paint exterior doors and shutters. Luis was very thorough with power washing, brightening and sanding the deck. Before staining, the upper deck looked brand new and the old wood matched the lower deck we recently rebuilt. His attention to detail can be noticed throughout the whole job, stain and paint applied perfectly, no drips or overspray. Highly recommend and will use again for future jobs.

Additionally, Luis - the owner of LV Painting - was able to bring some badly oxidized vinyl shutters back to life, saving us replacement cost.
