I really wanted to have a great experience here but sadly it wasn't the case. Called up looking for an appointment for my boyfriend and I to get our facials done together. On the phone it seemed as there would be two girls to both work on our faces. Upon entering we learned there was just one lady, the owner. When we asked if there were any employees coming we were told they would get there soon and at the end of the facial when I asked how many girls she had working for her, and she said its just her. I had a deep cleaning facial in the back room on Saturday, July 16, 2022. The room is surprisingly cozy and inviting, and very tastefully decorated. Everything is extremely clean and bright. Sheila was a pleasant surprise - a seasoned professional and a very sweet woman. I also enjoyed chatting briefly with her husband Walter in the waiting area. I highly recommend The Facial Bar in Farmingdale.
